Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business intelligence solutions that will help drive data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, as well as a deep understanding of business processes and strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions that support the organization's strategic goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts to support reporting and analysis
• Build and maintain efficient and scalable ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use business intelligence tools and reports effectively
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing business intelligence solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence technologies and techniques and make recommendations for their implementation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
