Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Farm Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our aquatic farm, ensuring the highest quality of products and services are delivered to our customers. You will manage a team of farm workers and collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the farm. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily operations of the aquatic farm, including breeding, feeding, harvesting, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of farm workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute farm activities, such as stocking, feeding, and harvesting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role on an aquatic farm.
• Excellent knowledge of aquatic farming practices, including breeding, feeding, and harvesting techniques.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
