Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement educational programs that align with company goals and objectives
Develop curriculum and instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners
Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in educational programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis, feedback, and observation
Provide training and support to educators on best practices in instructional design, teaching strategies, and technology integration
Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in education to continuously improve program offerings
Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners, such as schools, universities, and educational institutions
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote and expand educational opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and market educational programs
Manage budgets and resources for educational programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to education and training

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional design
Knowledge of current trends and research in education, including best practices in teaching and learning
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in technology, including learning management systems and instructional design software
Familiarity with data analysis and evaluation methods
Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences
