• Mentor and assist junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve our software development processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software architecture and development practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Actively participate in planning and estimation sessions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a Senior Software Engineer role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
