Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective and engaging learning experiences for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to create high-quality training materials that meet the needs of our organization and our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative and innovative training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, job aids, and other learning resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to identify learning objectives and develop learning solutions that meet the needs of the organization and its employees
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing training programs
• Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness
• Utilize instructional design software and tools to create visually appealing and interactive training materials
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all training programs
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of training programs
• Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs through assessments, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related role
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficient in instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members
• Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for designing engaging and effective learning experiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of learning management systems and experience with e-learning course development is a plus
• Experience in a corporate or business environment is preferred
