Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain computer systems, including hardware, operating systems, and software applications
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues
Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement system upgrades and enhancements
Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and network configurations, processes, and procedures
Identify and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and access controls
Monitor system and network performance to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to recommend and implement improvements to our systems and network infrastructure

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus
