About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hobby Store Supervisor. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hobby store. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for employees, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed by employees, and take necessary action when policies are not adhered to.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized store, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise, conducting regular stock checks, and managing product returns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases, and make recommendations for new products to be stocked in the store.
• Prepare and submit reports to upper management on store performance, sales, and employee productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, preferably in a hobby store.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Passion for hobbies and a good understanding of the products sold in the store.
