We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Director of Program Development to join our organization. As the Director of Program Development, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our organization's program offerings and drive growth. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify new program opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive program development strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
• Identify new program opportunities that align with the organization's mission and target audience.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and potential program needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create and manage program budgets.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs, ensuring they are in line with the organization's standards and guidelines.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to track program progress and outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to successfully execute program objectives.
• Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to the senior leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to program development and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, preferably in a nonprofit or community-based organization.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs that drive growth and meet the needs of target audiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budget management and data analysis.
