Position: Production Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations and process of our production department. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality control standards, and developing and implementing efficiency strategies to improve overall production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure that all production activities adhere to quality control standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and resolve any production-related issues.
• Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Develop and maintain production budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of production staff and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology, implementing new processes and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and efficiency strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and meeting production targets.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, as needed.
