Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education and Curriculum Development to lead our educational programs and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive and innovative curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of designing and implementing successful educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and oversee the educational programs and curriculum for all levels, from early childhood to higher education.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the integration of educational goals and objectives across all areas of the institution.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify current and emerging educational trends and best practices.
• Design and implement a strategic plan for curriculum development and improvement based on research and analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators and curriculum developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
• Develop and monitor the budget for the education department, ensuring the effective use of resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to enhance educational opportunities for students.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments to meet the needs of students and the institution.
• Create and implement professional development programs for teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum and provide support as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in education and incorporate them into the curriculum to enhance student learning.
• Oversee the development and implementation of assessment tools to measure student progress and ensure the curriculum meets learning objectives.
• Represent the institution at educational conferences and events to showcase our programs and share best practices with other educators.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent knowledge of current and emerging educational trends and best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
