Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of our facilities. You will work closely with the facilities team to ensure that our buildings are well-maintained and in optimal condition for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and equipment
• Regularly clean and maintain building exterior, including landscaping and parking lot
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance projects
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist with planning and executing larger maintenance projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school certification or diploma preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and repair manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance tracking software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
