Job Overview: As a Social Impact Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our social impact initiatives forward. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing projects and programs that address social issues and create positive change. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including community leaders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, to identify needs, create strategies, and measure impact. You will also be responsible for building partnerships and collaborations to support our social impact efforts. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of social issues, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social impact initiatives and programs that align with the company's mission and goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify social issues and their root causes
• Collaborate with community leaders, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to understand their needs and develop strategies to address them
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with other organizations to support social impact efforts
• Act as a spokesperson for the company's social impact initiatives and communicate our mission to the public
• Participate in community events and engage with stakeholders to build relationships and promote our social impact efforts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the social impact space and incorporate them into our initiatives and programs
• Manage a team of social impact coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
• Prepare reports and presentations to share the impact of our social impact efforts with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, non-profit management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a social impact or non-profit role
• Strong understanding of social issues and their impact on communities
• Experience in developing and implementing social impact initiatives and programs
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of building partnerships and collaborations with various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
• Passion for making a positive social impact and driving meaningful change
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when necessary
