Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data processing strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee the entire data processing cycle, including data collection, entry, validation, cleansing, and analysis.
Manage and lead a team of data processors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data processing needs and requirements.
Monitor data processing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Develop and maintain data quality standards and perform regular data audits.
Manage relationships with data vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data processing technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data processing, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of data processing concepts, techniques, and tools.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
