Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client's financial data to determine cost savings and ROI of outsourcing
Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure smooth implementation of outsourcing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of outsourcing plans
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the outsourcing process
Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourcing vendors to ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing or consulting roles

Proven track record of successfully managing outsourcing initiatives
