Job Title: Data Analyst
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing setting
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
