Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their sporting needs and provide recommendations on suitable equipment
Educate customers on the features and benefits of different sports equipment and how to use them effectively
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in sports equipment to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing product demonstrations and comparisons
Handle inquiries and concerns from customers in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are displayed effectively
Keep track of sales and inventory data to make informed decisions on stock levels and product selection
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences to improve the overall customer experience
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in sports equipment and customer service
Ensure the store is organized and all products are displayed in a neat and orderly manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of various sports and the equipment required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using MS Office and POS systems
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
