About the Position: We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs. You will work closely with our team of educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs based on the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify program needs and objectives
• Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and improvement
• Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for programs and events
• Communicate with participants, parents, and partners to provide program information and updates
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to support program goals and initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote programs and increase participation
• Oversee program volunteers and provide training and support as needed
• Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the education industry to enhance program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of program development and management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience working in the education industry is preferred
