Key Responsibilities:

Prepare digital files for print production, including preflighting, color correction, and file optimization.
Review client-provided files for accuracy, quality, and compliance with printing standards.
Collaborate with designers and production staff to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the prepress process.
Maintain and organize digital files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
Use specialized software and equipment to manipulate and enhance images and graphics.
Create and maintain templates for commonly used print materials, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet client specifications and standards.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in prepress technology, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers and prepress service providers, to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in prepress production, preferably in a printing or graphics company.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of color management, image resolution, and file formats for print production.
Knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in digital files.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
