Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on financial performance, trends, and forecasts
• Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for various projects and initiatives
• Prepare presentations and communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Conduct research and analysis on economic and industry trends to support strategic decision-making
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize financial reporting and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial modeling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software is a plus
