Job Title: Entertainment Director

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Entertainment Director to join our growing team. As the Entertainment Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our entertainment offerings, including live shows, events, and activities. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for entertainment will be vital in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role that requires the ability to multitask, think outside the box, and manage a team to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment strategy that aligns with the company's brand and mission.
• Plan and execute a wide range of entertainment events and activities, including live shows, concerts, themed parties, and other special events.
• Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, operations, and food and beverage to ensure seamless execution of entertainment events.
• Manage and lead a team of entertainment staff, including performers, technicians, and support staff.
• Conduct regular auditions and talent scouting to discover new talent and maintain a diverse roster of performers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and talent agencies.
• Create and manage entertainment budgets, ensuring cost-effective and profitable operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve and innovate our entertainment offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback related to entertainment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines during entertainment events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior entertainment role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale entertainment events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for entertainment and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in entertainment.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
