Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an automation environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of automation technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
