Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to delivery and distribution. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for production and customer demand
• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
• Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, purchase orders, and invoice management
• Manage logistics and transportation of goods, including tracking and tracing shipments
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Train and mentor supply chain team members and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations and improving efficiency
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in supply chain management software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices and current trends in supply chain management
