Position: Virtual Learning Facilitator

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Virtual Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering virtual learning experiences to our employees, clients, and partners. As a Virtual Learning Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization's learning and development initiatives are effectively delivered in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging virtual learning materials, activities, and assessments that align with the organization's learning objectives
• Facilitate virtual learning sessions using a variety of platforms and technologies, such as webinars, virtual classrooms, and online learning modules
• Engage and interact with learners in a professional and inclusive manner to foster a positive learning experience
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to learners to enhance their learning outcomes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of learning content
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of virtual learning programs based on learner feedback and industry best practices
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in virtual learning technologies and incorporate them into learning strategies
• Manage and maintain virtual learning platforms, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring accessibility for all learners
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their learning needs and provide customized virtual learning solutions
• Monitor and track learner progress and provide reports to management on the effectiveness of virtual learning programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and facilitating virtual learning programs for adult learners
• Excellent knowledge of virtual learning platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, and Adobe Connect
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and engage learners in virtual environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with learners and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple virtual learning projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other virtual learning tools
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements
