Job Title: Visual Design Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the visual design of our company's products and services. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to lead a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design team in the creation of high-quality designs for our company's products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers.
• Extensive knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in user research and usability testing is a plus.
