Position Title: Infrastructure Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues that may arise
• Plan and implement upgrades and improvements to the infrastructure as needed
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of information and data within the company
• Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure systems and processes
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any IT-related issues in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement to management
• Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols and security, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus
