Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and materials that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, instructional design, and curriculum development, as well as a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine learning objectives, content, and assessment methods for various educational programs.
• Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and activities, that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with best practices in adult learning.
• Conduct research and stay current on industry trends, innovative teaching methods, and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of our programs.
• Utilize a variety of instructional design models and techniques to create high-quality learning experiences for different target audiences, including employees, customers, and partners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for improvements and updates.
• Develop and implement training programs for instructors and facilitators to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver our curriculum effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of new programs and materials into our overall training strategy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories, such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in education and instructional design.
