Position: Quality Control Inspector

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use various tools and equipment to perform inspections, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Communicate any quality issues or defects to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Document all inspection results and maintain a detailed record of findings
• Conduct visual inspections of products for any cosmetic imperfections
• Ensure all products are labeled and packaged correctly
• Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control procedures and ensure they are followed
• Train new employees on quality control procedures and standards
• Participate in quality control audits and assist with addressing any findings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure an efficient and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with quality control tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
