Introduction: Are you a skilled Infrastructure Specialist looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and be responsible for the management and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our systems, networks, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and system performance issues to ensure optimal availability and performance.
• Conduct regular system and network audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any escalated technical issues.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in IT infrastructure and recommend improvements and upgrades as necessary.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for IT infrastructure processes.
• Train and mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with server and network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Experience with cloud computing and storage solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL, are a plus.
