Job Title: Production Supervisor

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production processes and leading a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and performing to their full potential.
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain production standards and quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
• Review and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth and timely production flow.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all production workers.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to meet production demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available for production.
• Train new employees on production processes and procedures and provide ongoing training and coaching for existing employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends when needed.
