Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs, workshops, and events in line with the organization's objectives and target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop educational content and materials.
Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Coordinate with schools, universities, and community organizations to promote and market our educational programs.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve program content and delivery methods.
Monitor program outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives.
Collect and analyze data to identify program strengths and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, students, parents, and community leaders.
Communicate program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders through various channels.
Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment procurement.
Ensure all programs are in compliance with safety and legal regulations.
Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.
