Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new hardware systems, including circuit boards, processors, and other electronic components, from concept to production
Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and components that can enhance the performance and functionality of our products
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of hardware systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, project managers, and designers, to deliver integrated and seamless hardware solutions
Create and maintain detailed documentation of hardware designs, specifications, and testing procedures
Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely and effective solutions
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their professional development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware engineering, preferably in the technology industry
Strong knowledge of hardware design, development, and testing processes
Proficient in using design and simulation tools, such as Altium, Cadence, and Spice
Experience with microcontrollers, FPGA, and signal processing
In-depth understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles
Familiarity with industry standards and protocols, such as USB, Ethernet, and Bluetooth
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
