Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
Analyze market trends and demographics to identify potential areas for investment.
Collaborate with senior members of the investment team to develop investment strategies and make recommendations on potential acquisitions.
Conduct due diligence on potential properties, including reviewing property documents, conducting site visits, and coordinating third-party inspections.
Prepare investment proposals and presentations for senior management and potential investors.
Monitor and track the performance of current investments, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to source potential investment opportunities.
Support other members of the investment team as needed, including assisting with underwriting and closing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with ARGUS is a plus.
