Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring the overall success of our commercial leasing portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential tenants by actively prospecting and networking to generate leads.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify and understand industry trends and market demand.
• Collaborate with property owners and other team members to create leasing strategies and set leasing goals for each property.
• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, negotiating lease terms, and finalizing lease agreements.
• Work closely with property management teams to ensure timely and effective communication with current and potential tenants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities, including tenant information, lease agreements, and market data.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our commercial leasing services and build relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
• Proven track record of success in leasing and managing commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:
