Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights on key metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, identifying variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and provide insights for business strategy.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial metrics.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP software is preferred.
