You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand training needs and develop solutions that meet learning objectives. Your expertise in instructional design methodologies and technologies will be crucial in creating interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the most effective instructional approach
• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, activities, and assessments
• Utilize various instructional design models and theories to guide the development process
• Ensure all learning materials align with learning objectives and are visually appealing and user-friendly
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness of learning materials
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies
• Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and developers, to create cohesive and effective learning solutions
• Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of learning materials
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning materials based on feedback and evaluation data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content and feedback
• Knowledge of learning management systems and experience with SCORM and xAPI standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for creating innovative and engaging learning experiences
