Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing educational programs for students of all ages. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that our educational programs are effective and meet the needs of our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program development and management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for students of all ages
• Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure that educational programs align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of students
• Create program materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations
• Coordinate and schedule program activities, including workshops, field trips, and guest speakers
• Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Manage program budget and resources
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to support program initiatives
• Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and school administrators
• Evaluate program outcomes and provide reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date on educational trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Program Development, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and management within the education sector
• Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and program management software
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities
