Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional design team to develop and implement curriculum for various subjects and grade levels
• Research and analyze current trends and best practices in education to inform curriculum development
• Create and review learning objectives, assessments, and activities to ensure alignment with standards and learning outcomes
• Utilize various instructional techniques and strategies to promote active learning and student engagement
• Incorporate technology and digital resources into curriculum to enhance student learning and understanding
• Review, revise, and update existing curriculum materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Conduct pilot tests and gather feedback from teachers and students to continuously improve curriculum
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure accuracy and validity of curriculum content
• Stay updated on changes in education policies and standards to ensure compliance in curriculum development
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in curriculum development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a K-12 setting
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and curriculum development models
• Strong understanding of education standards, including Common Core and state-specific standards
• Proficiency in using technology and digital resources in curriculum development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
