Job Description: United Voices Civic Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outreach and Engagement Coordinator. As the Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission, building relationships with stakeholders, and increasing community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of our organization's mission and initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and other organizations to expand our reach and impact
• Plan and execute outreach events, including workshops, conferences, and community forums
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and informative outreach materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and newsletters
• Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and reporting
• Track and analyze outreach data to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make recommendations for improvement
• Act as a liaison between our organization and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and maintaining positive relationships
• Work with volunteers and community members to develop and implement outreach initiatives and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and community needs to inform our outreach strategies and initiatives
• Represent our organization at various community events and meetings to promote our mission and build relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Knowledge of outreach best practices and community engagement strategies
• Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
