Position: Leisure Services Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Leisure Services Supervisor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of our leisure services department. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the leisure services department, including managing staff, budgets, and schedules
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and variety of leisure services offered to our community
• Conduct regular evaluations of programs and services to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of our customers
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and promote joint programs and events
• Serve as a liaison between the leisure services department and community groups, businesses, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services at competitive prices
• Monitor and maintain all leisure services facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in compliance with relevant regulations
• Plan and execute special events, workshops, and programs to engage and attract members of the community
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote leisure services and increase participation
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in recreation management, leisure studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a leisure services department
• Strong knowledge of leisure services programs, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
