Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives in line with our organization's mission and goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop relevant programs
Plan and schedule educational events, workshops, and seminars
Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of educational staff
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement
Develop and manage the budget for educational programs
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all educational activities
Create and distribute educational materials and resources for participants
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and reach a wider audience
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in education to continually improve our programs
Foster partnerships and relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to expand our reach
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education
Provide regular reports to management on the progress and impact of educational programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program coordination or management
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software/systems
Knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development principles
Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community
