Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dairy Production Manager to join our team. As the Dairy Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our dairy production facility. This is a vital role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and extensive knowledge of dairy production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to ensure efficient and high-quality dairy production.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dairy production facility, including scheduling, staffing, and maintaining production equipment.
• Monitor and maintain production levels, ensuring that all products meet required quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to production standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of production materials and services.
• Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dairy production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
