Position: Non-Profit Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Non-Profit Program Manager to join our team. As a Non-Profit Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives within our organization. You will work closely with our team, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the success and impact of our programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep commitment to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all program activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct needs assessments and research to identify community needs and gaps in services.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop partnerships and leverage resources for program success.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure program effectiveness and impact.
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations to secure funding for programs.
• Prepare and submit program reports to stakeholders, funders, and regulatory agencies as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to non-profit management and program development.
• Represent the organization at events, conferences, and other public engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Non-Profit Management, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in non-profit program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs that have had a positive impact on the community.
• Strong leadership, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
• The Non-Profit Program Manager will work primarily in an office setting but may also be required to attend meetings and events in the community.
