Job Title: Machinery Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Machinery Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing production processes and systems for our machinery manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful manufacturing of high-quality machinery products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, as well as hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop production processes and systems for machinery manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient production of machinery products.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machinery manufacturing technology.
• Analyze production data and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials for production.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
