Job Description: Position: CNC Machine Operator (Metal Manufacturing)

Location: Schaan, Liechtenstein

Metal Forge Corp is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our metal manufacturing team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality metal products for our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in operating CNC machines and has a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to determine the correct machining process
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished products for defects and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and meet project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine maintenance on machines
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a metal manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
