Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Minister to join our team and lead our congregation in worship, education, and outreach. As a Minister, you will play a vital role in shaping the spiritual direction of our community and guiding individuals on their spiritual journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct weekly worship services, including delivering sermons and leading prayers
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to members of the congregation
• Administer sacraments and perform religious ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms
• Develop and implement educational programs for all ages, including Bible studies, Sunday school, and youth groups
• Collaborate with other religious leaders and community organizations to promote interfaith dialogue and social justice initiatives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, including managing staff, budget, and facilities
• Participate in outreach activities to engage and serve the local community
• Mentor and support the development of other religious leaders and volunteers within the church
• Continuously study and research religious texts, traditions, and teachings to deepen your own understanding and share with others

Qualifications:

• Ordination or certification from an accredited seminary or religious institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Minister or in a similar religious leadership role
• Strong knowledge and understanding of religious teachings, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and beliefs
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Committed to personal and professional development
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Passionate about serving the community and spreading the message of faith and love
