Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Development Manager to join our team. As the Educational Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives. You will work closely with our team of educators and instructional designers to ensure that our programs are effective, engaging, and align with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in our educational offerings and make recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the needs of our learners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs
• Manage the budget for educational programs and initiatives, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools and educational organizations, to expand our reach and impact
• Lead and manage a team of educators and instructional designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and publicize educational programs and initiatives
• Create and maintain reports on the success and impact of educational programs for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program development and management
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with needs assessment, program evaluation, and budget management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools
