Employment Type: Part-time

Salary: USD: $30,000 - $50,000 annually

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Science Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment for students, and guiding them to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the subject of science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities of students.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and respect for others.
• Use appropriate assessment tools to evaluate students' progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field of science and implement innovative teaching methods and technologies in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification for Science.
• Proven experience in teaching science at the middle or high school level.
• Excellent knowledge of science curriculum and instructional methods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring students to discover and explore the world of science.
