About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Laundry Concierge to join our team. As a Laundry Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional laundry services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and handle all laundry-related inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Assist clients with drop-off and pick-up of laundry items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Process laundry items according to specific instructions and handle delicate items with care
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies and place orders as needed
• Communicate with clients regarding any delays or issues with their laundry orders
• Provide recommendations for stain removal and proper care of different fabrics
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area at all times
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and securely
• Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure confidentiality of client information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of laundry services
• Address any client complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the laundry services offered to clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of different laundry techniques and fabric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions
• Ability to lift and move heavy laundry items
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check
