Job Title: Wedding Planner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' special day is flawlessly executed. You will work closely with the client to understand their vision and bring it to life through meticulous planning, coordination, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and expectations
• Assist with venue selection, vendor recommendations, and contract negotiations
• Create and manage detailed timelines and budgets for each event
• Coordinate all logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and rentals
• Oversee the design and decor of the event, including floral arrangements, lighting, and table settings
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs, seating arrangements, and menu selection
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event
• Attend and oversee the wedding rehearsal and ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Address any last-minute issues or changes that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients throughout the planning process and beyond

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wedding planning or event coordination
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Proficient in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current wedding trends and traditions
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
