Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain databases for various applications
• Perform regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Optimize database performance by implementing best practices and tuning parameters
• Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration
• Strong knowledge and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Familiarity with database design and data modeling
• Experience with database backup and recovery procedures
• Solid understanding of database security and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
